-Shipping and handling

Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order and 5 days to ship it out. 

We appreciate your patience as we are a small business and want to get your items to you in a timely manner.

-Refunds,Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges

No refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges no exceptions. 

As soon as you purchase, we are processing your orders and it will be dropped off at the post office ASAP.

-Shipping times, delays and all shipping inquiries

Tipsay is not responsible for any shipping delay, inquiries or lost packages. After we hand the package over to the postal service, USPS is now responsible for all packages. Please contact USPS with all shipping and delivery inquiries. Sometimes there are delays in shipping that can be due to the weather, Tipsay is not responsible.

If your package is lost in transit or if your package is stolen, Tipsay is not responsible, please contact USPS postal service. You can also submit an online missing package request through the USPS website if your package is lost, undelivered, late or stolen, USPS can help with that matter.

-Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Tipsay does not ship internationally 

-What is a booster deck?

The booster deck is additional cards that can be added into the Tipsay original deck. Although the booster cards are rectangular and the Tipsay original deck is cup shaped, they can still be shuffled into the deck for additional fun! The Booster deck included some fun group challenge cards.

-Can the Tipsay shot cup go in the dishwasher?

No, the Tipsay shot cup cannot go into the dishwasher but should be hand washed and dried.

-Do I have to drink to play Tipsay?

ABSOLUTELY NOT, You do not have to consume alcohol to enjoy Tipsay. Tipsay can be played with a beverage of your choice or no beverage at all. Just have fun! 

Please drink and play Tipsay responsibly. 

Please know your limits, we care about you and want you to be safe while enjoying game night!

We are not responsible for any injuries while playing Tipsay.

-Can I play Tipsay if I’m younger than 21+ ?

Yes, Tipsay is fun for all. Tipsay can also be played using any non alcoholic beverage. Please play responsibly or with adult supervision as the target audience for this card game is adults. 

Only consume alcohol if you’re 21+

We do not condone underaged drinking. 

-How many can play Tipsay?

As many people as you’d like, the more the merrier!

-How to play Tipsay?

It’s easy! Grab a card, read it out loud and if it applies, take a shot! There’s Act it out cards,

Safe cards and

Challenge cards.

Just have fun!
